Booking & Payment Terms – ICERP 2026

25% advance payment must be made within 7 days of booking request.
Failure to make the payment within the stipulated time will result in automatic release of the booth space to the next prospective exhibitor.

Instalment Schedule (Applicable for Early Bird Discount):

⚠ Delay in instalment payments will attract 18% interest per annum.

3. Early Bird Offer

Early Bird rates are applicable for bookings confirmed on or before 30th June 2026.
The discount is applicable only if the above instalment schedule is adhered to.

4. Booth Allocation Notes

Booths marked in yellow on the layout are reserved for Sponsors and Co-Sponsors.

5. Taxation & Compliance

Indian Exhibitors must mention their GST Number at the time of booking.
18% GST will be charged additionally on the applicable booth rates, as per Government of India regulations.
TDS @ 10% will be applicable as per prevailing regulations.
Clarification for SEZ Exhibitors: (Subject to applicable SEZ documentation and compliance requirements.)

Payment Terms – Foreign Exhibitors (ICERP 2026)

50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
Balance 50% (Final Instalment) must be paid on or before 30th September 2026.

Early Bird Offer

Early Bird rates are applicable for bookings confirmed on or before 30th June 2026.
The discount is valid subject to adherence to the above payment schedule.

Taxation

The above rates are inclusive of GST @ 18%, as levied by the Government of India.
Foreign Exhibitor rates are inclusive of applicable taxes.
**Bare Space Scheme: Minimum 18 m2 need to be booked. Booth would be constructed by the exhibitor at their own cost as per the guidelines of the exhibition which would be sent
separately
***Constructed space (Shell Scheme): 9 m2 would be provided with: 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 Waste Basket, 3 Spot Lights, Company Fascia, Wall to Wall Carpet, 1 Electrical Outlet, Name board.
