• **Bare Space Scheme: Minimum 18m2 need to be booked. Booth would be constructed by the exhibitor at their own cost as per the guidelines of the organizer which would be sent separately

NOTES:
Booths will be booked on first come first serve basis. Sponsors will be given preference in booths selection. Booking will be confirmed on receipt of 25% advance within 7 days from the date of application. The space will be blocked for a maximum of 7 days from the application. It will be released for the booking if the payment is not received within the stipulated time. .
