• Constructed Scheme: 9m² would be provided with: 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 Waste Basket, 3 Spot Lights, Company Fascia, Wall to Wall Carpet, 1 Electrical Outlet (5A/220V)
  For Larger constructed scheme booth the additional equipments will be as shown in the table below:

• Bare Space Scheme: Minimum 18 m² need to be booked. Booth would be constructed by the exhibitor at their own cost as per the guidelines of the exhibition which would be sent seperately.

NOTES:
Booking will be confirmed on receipt of 50% advance within 15 days from the date of application. The space will be blocked for a maximum of 15 days from the application. It will be released for the booking if the payment is not received within the stipulated time.
