NOTES:
Booths will be booked on first come first serve basis. Sponsors will be given preference in booths selection. Booking will be confirmed on receipt of 50% advance within 7 days from the date of application. The space will be blocked for a maximum of 7 days from the application. It will be released for the booking if the payment is not received within the stipulated time. .

Early bird Discount of $ 20/sqm for booths booked with 50% advance payment before 30.06.2026.
Balance 50% (Final instalment) must be paid on or before 30th September 2026
